This October belongs to Howie Kendrick and we’re all are witnesses. The Nationals infielder roped a RBI-double into the left center gap, scoring Anthony Rendon to extend the Nationals lead to 5-0 over the St. Louis Cardinals.
Kendrick has now pushed up his RBI total to nine in this postseason.
The next batter, Ryan Zimmerman, replicated the feat, hitting a RBI-double of his own to score Kendrick.
Now the Nationals lead 6-0 going into the sixth. All six of their runs coming with two outs.
