Quince Orchard Four-star DT Marcus Bradley commits to Maryland

Quince Orchard (MD) four-star defensive tackle Marcus Bradley has chosen to stay in-state, committing to the Maryland Terrapins. Bradley revealed his decision on Twitter.

Bradley chose Maryland over LSU, Ohio State and Tennessee. He went as far as listing the other programs in his top-3 as a misdirection before revealing he wanted to play for Mike Locksley.

Bradley measures at 6-foot-3, 280 pounds. He is rated as the 10th-best defensive tackle recruit, according to 247 Sports. He is also a member of Rivals250 and ESPN300.

Locksley has put a focus on rebuilding Maryland’s defensive line as evident in his 2021 class. Bradley becomes the third four-star recruit to commit to the Terrapins’ class.

Adding Bradley strengthens an already promising class, pushing Maryland to 12th in the nation, according 247 sports.

Demeioun Robinson, Taizse Johnson and Bradley may turn a weakness of Maryland into its biggest defensive strength. Robinson is the second-rated weakside-defensive end. Johnson and Bradley are top-15 defensive tackles. In an offensive line dominant Big Ten, the Terrapins may finally have an answer to counter their opposition.
