Watch: Aaron Donald has hilarious NSFW reaction after sacking Alex Smith

Alex Smith completed his amazing comeback by returning to the field Sunday. The Washington Football Team quarterback took his first snaps since suffering a catastrophic leg injury nearly two years that threatened his career.

On his first drive, Smith was sacked by Los Angeles Rams’ All-Pro defensive lineman Aaron Donald on third down. The sack along with seeing Smith pressured and hit was a nervous moment for may watching. However, Smith bounced back up.

Before the ensuing punt, Donald’s NSFW but hilarious reaction to hitting Smith’s repaired leg was caught by cameras.

Smith endured 17 surgeries to repair his injured leg that was ravaged by a flesh-eating bacteria. In addition, a titanium rod was placed in his injured leg.

Following the numerous amount of surgeries, Smith suffers from a drop foot. However, he wears a protective brace and sleeve similar to Cowboys linebacker Jaylen Smith. Thus giving him more re-enforcement for his leg.

On getting his for the first time in his return, Smith replied the hit “felt good.”

Concerns of the health of Smith’s leg were subdued some as he withstood being sacked six times during the game. If Donald’s reaction is any indication, all was good for Smith after his first game back.
