The Washington Wizards have agreed to a two year deal with forward Anthony Gill, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
The 6-foot-8 Gill starred at the University of Virginia from 2013-2016 before going undrafted in the NBA Draft. After a Summer League stint with the Charlotte Hornets, Gill spent the past three seasons with BC Khimki of the EuroLeague.
Last season he averaged 8.3 points and 4.5 rebounds in 25 games. He shot 56,7% from the field, including 44% from three, according to Basketball-Reference.
In his three seasons in the EuroLeague, he averaged 10.5 points 23.5 minutes per game, shooting 57.2% from the field, including 40.6% from three. He also shot 77.2% from the free throw line.
