Watch: Bradley Beal drains clutch four-point play to beat Warriors

Bradley Beal came through in the clutch for the Washington Wizards Friday night at the Golden State Warriors.

Trailing 107-104 with less than 10 seconds on the clock in the fourth quarter, Beal chased down an offensive rebound off a Russell Westbrook miss. Then the Wizards star got to the corner and drained a three to tie the game while getting fouled by Andrew Wiggins.

Beal then sank the free throw with 6.1 seconds remaining to complete the go-ahead four-point play.

Off a Warriors’ timeout, Wizards rookie Deni Avdija deflected an inexplicable pass from Warriors guard Damon Lee into the waiting arms of Bradley Beal with 1.2 seconds left.

Beal was immediately fouled and made both free throws sealing the Wizards 110-107 win. The NBA’s leading scorer finished with 20 points on 7-of-16 shooting from the field. He also added six assists and three rebounds in 30 minutes. It was just his second game after a five-game absence with a nerve issue in his injured hip.
