Watch Bradley Beal save ugly Wizards possession with deep three

Bradley Beal is a walking bucket even when he has an injured hamstring. The three-time All-Star saved an ugly offensive possession by the Washington Wizards with a deep three over two Boston Celtics defenders in the third quarter of Tuesday’s Eastern Conference play-in game.

The Wizards stumbled through the possession. Forward Davis Bertans took a shot to the throat, falling to the ground for a good 8-10 seconds. While Bertans was down the Wizards continued the possession a man down.

Ish Smith lost the ball trying to beat a trap from Aaron Nesmith and Romeo Langford. He luckily was able to track the ball down before going out of bounds. Smith saved the ball to Beal.

With the shot clock winding down, Beal drained a three from just a few feet from the mid-court logo over Langford and Marcus Smart.

The thud sound stamped how beautiful Beal’s shot was for such an ugly possession.
