1. Henry Ruggs charged with DUI following fatal car accident
The Las Vegas Raiders released wide receiver Henry Ruggs III Tuesday night. The 2020 first-round draft pick faces multiple felony charges following a fatal car accident near the Las Vegas strip in which a woman and her dog died.
2. Braves win World Series
The Atlanta Braves are 2021 World Series champions after beating the Houston Astros 7-0 in Game 6. Joe Buck’s call of the final out will give you chills. Jorge Soler jumpstarted the Braves’ scoring with a three-run bomb over the train tracks at Houston’s Minute Maid Park. You could see the dejection of Astros fans and his sick bat flip.
Soler was named MVP of the World series.
Longtime Braves slugger Freddie Freeman hammered a home run and then shared an amazing moment with his son Charlie as he rounded the bases.
