Kelly Oubre has taken his game to another level during the early parts of the 2017-18 season. Playing increased minutes, and getting to run with his own unit while sprinkling time with the starters, he is maturing into a solid offensive player.
Sacramento Kings guard Buddy Hield learned that the hard way on Monday night. Hield tried to guard Oubre at the top, but Oubre put him in a spin cycle with a quick step and crossover before rolling through the lane for a flushing dunk.
Oubre was an efficient 5-of-10 shooting from the field for 12 points, as the Wizards down the Kings 110-92.
