John Wall is known for his giving on the basketball court with assists to teammates. As Christmas approaches, he continued to give to his teammates. This time, he did so in the form of a wonderful gift for the holidays. He gave each one of his Washington Wizards’ teammates a Rolex watch.
On his Instagram account, Wall thanked Govberg Watches for providing the Rolex watches for his teammates. No real way to tell how much he put down for each watch, but you can imagine what the pricing for one is. To give him entire team one for each is an amazing feat.
Sure, Wall is a multi-millionaire, that affords him the opportunity to drop a gift of such a nature. But, the gesture goes to the giving character of Wall, both on and off the court.
The latest gesture to his teammates comes as no surprise to his fans in the D.C. and Raleigh, N.C. communities. Through his John Wall Family Foundation, Wall has made endless giving gifts to children and their families throughout both communities. Just recently he surprised a group of his fans with a free screening of the movie Jumanji, as well, giving a student free tuition to school.
