Matthew Dellavedova was ejected midway through the fourth quarter after he was assessed a flagrant-2 foul on Bradley Beal. Beal received an outlet pass from John Wall and as he started to get by Dellavedova on the drive. Then Dellavedova’s dirty ways kicked in, as he clotheslined Beal to the floor.
Beal immediately got up and headed right at Dellavedova. Fortunately for the Washington Wizards, Beal’s teammate Jodie Meeks got in just at the nick of time to keep Beal from doing anything damaging to get himself ejected or better yet face additional discipline.
It’s baffling that Delly and some of the Milwaukee Bucks players thought Beal exaggerated the incident.
Matthew "Not Dirty" Dellavedova got ejected for clotheslining Bradley Beal. MIL players didn't agree. Brad heard the jeers from the Bucks bench before going to the foul line & shouted, "He grabbed me by my neck!" Then, he promptly missed both FTs.

Unfortunately, Beal missed both free throws assessed for the flagrant-2 call and Washington failed to score on the ensuing possession. As a result, the potential four-point sequence ended in zero points.
