By now you’ve more than likely seen John Wall put Jonas Valanciunas on a poster early in the first quarter of Sunday’s Game 4 between the Washington Wizards and Toronto Raptors. You may not have seen Wall’s reaction to the Raptors after laying the hammer. That is because it was a NSFW response.
After blowing by Kyle Lowry and dunking all over Valanciunas, Wall told the Raptors, “This is my city” before repeatedly yelling, “I don’t play that $#!%!”
Washington would fall behind 51-40 by halftime, but they had no quit. That is because of the will power of its star, Wall, who closed out the Wizards’ rally with 27 points, 14 assists, six rebounds, and three steals.
He would not be denied the victory and for it the Wizards have tied their best-of-seven series at 2-2 after going down 0-2.
