Game 7 is where superstars are expected to shine most no matter the sport. Alex Ovechkin clearly understands that, as the Washington Capitals wasted no time opening the scoring to their winner-takes-all game against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Evgeny Kuznetsov made a pass across the ice to a waiting Ovechkin, who deposited the puck with a one-timer just one minute and two seconds into the game.
Washington has now scored the last six goals of the series, going back to the second period of Game 5
