Washington Redskins running Derrius Guice had his rookie season cut short before it very began. Guice suffered a torn ACL in the Redskins’ first preseason game, ending his season, and changing the course of the 2018 season for both he and Washington.

A post-operation infection delayed Guice’s recovery process as he had three additional procedures to combat the infection.

Any expected negative effects from the delay in his recovery seems to be in the distant with his latest video. Guice posted a video himself moving around quite well for someone who had an ACL repair.

Guice was tabbed the featured back in the Redskins offense ahead of last season before his season-ending injury. The team had to regroup, ultimately signing veteran Adrian Peterson, who had a good season in Guice’s place. However, with a full recover, Guice is expected to regain the role for next season.

Peterson wants to re-sign with the Redskins in hopes of sharing the backfield with Guice. He also had aspirations of working out with the young stud in the off-season. Judging from the video Guice may be ready for the workout and the season.
