Game 5 between the Washington Wizards and Philadelphia 76ers produced a breathtaking and yet funny moment involving 76ers guard Danny Green.
Green’s leg got caught underneath him as he was called with a blocking foul on a driving Bradley Beal. Fortunately, Green escaped serious injury despite his leg twisting awkwardly.
TV cameras caught Green cringing as he watched the replay of his own leg twisting.
Green shook off his leg, presumably thanking his blessings he wasn’t injured on the play.
Green and 76ers are looking to put the Wizards away for good. Philadelphia leads the series 3-1. However, they’re without All-Star center Joel Embiid, who missed the game due to a small meniscus tear in his right knee.
