Kyle Kuzma has shown his second love next to basketball is fashion. He’s expressed his interest in vogue with his pregame outfits throughout his NBA career. On Wednesday, Kuzma sat out of the Washington Wizards’ preseason game against the New York Knicks.
Yet, he still drew attention toward himself with his eye-catching hairstyle. Kuzma ditched his blue-colored hair for a blond look with a red kiss drawn in his hair.
ESPN and Knicks star announcer Mike Breen was puzzled when the camera panned to Kuzma walking along the sideline.
“Did he lose a bet?” Breen pondered out loud.
His rhetorical question drew laughter. On the low, Breen roasted Kuzma. There are a significant amount of fans who laughed or got confused seeing the Wizards forward’s hair.
But Kyle Kuzma has an appeal to the younger audience. The viral video will draw praise from a select group. Hopefully, the fashionable look doesn’t take too much attention from Kuzma’s teammate, Jordan Poole.
Poole, formerly of the Golden State Warriors, dropped 41 points in three quarters on the Knicks inside Madison Square Garden. That included 29 points in the first half as the Wizards rolled to a 131-106 win.
