Jordan Reed had four catches for 48 yards and a touchdown in the Washington Redskins’ 24-6 win over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday. He also trended on Twitter, but not for his play on the field. Instead, Twitter was thrown in a frenzy by his unique but hilarious stretching routine on the sidelines.

Reed, who has battled various injuries in recent seasons, was stretching on the sidelines. FOX cameras caught the routine, and their Twitter tweeted the sequence and from there, it was on.

Turns out it is a yoga routine that is common to prepare for various movements, such as those that are required to play in the NFL. It’s commonly referred to as “Animal Flow” by yoga lovers.
Reed said he was aware of FOX catching him on camera as his mother texted him the video after the game, per John Keim of ESPN.
Yes, Jordan Reed was aware of the video on the internet of him doing unique exercises on the sideline. Reed said his mom texted him the video after the game. He said the routine is a minute long. Reed: "Just firing my body up, getting ready for movement."

Of course, whatever it takes to keep him on the field of play, is acceptable for Redskins fans. Reed being healthy gives the Redskins a dynamic it misses when he is not out there because of injury.
