Washington Redskins rookie running back Bryce Love is set to undergo another surgery on his injured knee, according to JP Finlay of NBC Sports Washington.
Love tore his right ACL in his last collegiate game at Stanford. His draft stock plummeted as teams grew concern about his knee following the injury. The Redskins drafted Love in the fourth round, signing him to a four-year rookie scale contract.
Had a source tell me that Love's Combine medicals included notes that another surgery was likely. @TomPelissero reported in April some teams were scared by lingering knee stiffness.

However, with him still rehabbing the injury, the team placed him on the Physically Unable to Perform list before training camp. He was eligible to begin practicing with the Redskins after Week 6, but the chances seek unlikely of him getting on the field this season.
Love is currently in Pensacola, FL to see surgeon Dr. James Andrews, according to Finlay.
The latest development may cast doubts of Love. As a junior he was a Heisman finalist with 2,118 rushing yards and 19 touchdowns. Surprisingly, he decided to return for a senior season, despite anticipation of him entering the draft.
In hindsight, Love’s decision wasn’t as fruitful as he hoped. Now, he and the Redskins are focused on getting him healthy in hopes of getting him on the field to start his NFL career.
