Chase Young, Steven Sims DNP in practice, Terry McLaurin limited with thigh injury

Washington rookie defensive end Chase Young and wide receiver Steven Sims did not practice Thursday. Both missed practice Wednesday as well. Young, who isn’t expected to play Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens, is dealing with a strained groin. Sims continues to be hampered by toe injury for the second week.

Meanwhile four players returned to practice for Washington after being out Wednesday. Wide receiver Dontrelle Inman (wrist), rookie offensive tackle Saahdiq Charles (thigh) and defensive ends Ryan Kerrigan and Ryan Anderson (ankle) were full participants Thursday.

However, top wide receiver Terry McLaurin appeared on the injury report as limited with a thigh. McLaurin wasn’t on the injury report Wednesday. Hopefully for Washington the issue isn’t too serious. McLaurin leads the team with 25 targets, 16 catches and 269 receiving yards. He also has the most yards after the catch in the NFL among wide receivers with 176 yards.
