Morgan Moses rips into offensive teammates on sidelines after lackluster start

The Washington Football Team have their sights on winning the NFC East division. Despite a 2-5 record into the week, they looked to seize an opportunity playing the 1-7 New York Giants. However, the first half was a disaster for Washington.

Their first offensive snap of the game ended in a lost fumble, signaling what was to come for the team early on against the Giants.

Washington turned the ball over three times in the first half and lost its starting quarterback, Kyle Allen, to a gruesome ankle injury. The team seemed lifeless and defeated, falling behind 20-3 to the Giants. That prompted right tackle Morgan Moses to assert his captaincy by pulling together the offense and ripping into them.

FOX Sports camera caught Moses delivering the passionate speech on the sidelines. When Moses speaks his teammates should listen. The right tackle hasn’t missed a start since becoming a starter in 2015. He has been the one of few consistent players over the years in Washington.

Hopefully, his words will give Washington some life. They’ll have to overcome the 17-point halftime deficit with Alex Smith as their quarterback in place of Allen.
