Maryland quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa connected with tight end Corey Dyches on a beautiful throw. Then, Dyches took care of the rest with a fantastic run, carrying Purdue defensive back Cory Trice to the end zone for a 68-yard touchdown.
Dyches score along with the subsequent extra point tied the Maryland-Purdue game at 17-17 just before halftime.
Trice stands at 6-foot-3 and 215 pounds. But, he could not stop the determination and will of Dyches.
The catch was Dyches only in the first half and it came at a huge moment. Dyches matched his collegiate career-high with his 19th catch on the season.
